2026 Photo Information

Our 2026 costume photos will be taken on May 1st and 2nd with Sandrien B Photography. All photos will be taken before each dance’s tech time AT THE THEATRE. A detailed schedule will be uploaded shortly so you can be plan ahead.

For our new parents and families; we have a professional photographer who takes individual pictures of your dancer and also a class photo which you are able to purchase. Our photographer will also take photos of the performances, catching your dancers in action on the stage. It is truly a gift to have Ms. Sandrien! She takes wonderful photos and she is such a pleasure to work with!

GROUP PHOTOS are PRINT ONLY (no digital group photos).
If you arrive LATE your child may not be in the group photo. We have a very tight schedule and unfortunately can not wait for dancers.
AP credit can be ordered online until 4/30/26
From 5/1/26 fee will be $50 (cash or check) due at check in.
Ap credit expires after 14 months.
Orders need to be placed before 7/31 to receive reduced pricing. On 8/1/26, pricing will go back to regular pricing.

Follow the Steps Below to Book your Session

Step 1: Group photos and Individual Portraits

Make sure your dancer is aware you want them to have individual photos taken. We have created a form that helps with this process.
FORM: you will need to print this form out yourself or get one from the studio table set up by the entrance door.
EVERY dancer needs to bring this form to tech rehearsal whether you are purchasing photos or not. You can select if you only want the group photo taken. Check that same box if you would sibling photos. EMAIL Kelsey BEFORE 4/24 if you would like dancer sibling portraits taken.

Step 2: Pay for your Session Fee + Credit

Every dancer will be included in the group photos even if you do not wish to purchase them. There is no fee and you can decide after the session to purchase the prints if you wish.
If you want individual photos taken for each costume, you HAVE to buy AP credit. We recommend to have the basic credit for one costume and the higher amounts if you have multiple costumes.
